Payments and Confirmations:

The tour you asked for is available. >  We will keep your reservation for one week and confirm it once we receive payment. >  If we do not receive payment within a week, your booking will be canceled. Booking online through our partner FareHarbor you’ll receive your email confirmation immediately and also your credit card will be charged immediately

Choosing to book your tour directly with us, we will send a link to access to access a reservation form which you’ll have to fill in with your data.

Please do not forget to provide us with your ship/hotel’s name, a mobile number, and any other data you consider relevant.

Rates include: Driving / guide service, use of vehicle, fuel, motorway tolls, parking.

Unless otherwise specified in the programs, rates do not include meals, food and beverages, entrance fees to museum or monuments, gratuities, anything not expressly mentioned as included.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation less than 96 hours before date and time of requested service: 10% Penalty

Cancellation less than 72 hours before date and time of requested service: 30% Penalty.

Cancellation less than 48 hours before date and time of requested service: 50% Penalty

Cancellation less than 24 hours before the service fully charged.

Free cancellation and full refund in case of adverse weather conditions.

The cost of the tickets we buy for your tour, minimum € 30 per person, is non-refundable, even if cancellations are communicated more than 96 hours before the date and time of the requested service.

Upon receipt of your credit card’s details, we will consider the option confirmed.
We kindly request that you finalize your reservation at least seven days before the beginning of the first service.
General conditions and rates are subject to change without prior notice.

Tickets are not refundable.
Cancellation policy does not apply to purchased tickets.
We cannot get a refund from the museums, galleries or excavation areas we purchase the tickets for and therefore we cannot refund them.
