After their walk around the market, guests will be welcomed in a comfortable and refined location adjacent to the market. They will taste different types of Roman pizza, as well as a fried pizza, and will be guided by the chef in the tasting of two paired glasses of wine.
They will then take part in an exclusive cooking class and will find out about the ingredients, dough, leavening and cooking of the pizza.
During the experience, stories and anecdotes will be told about the origin of the authentic Neapolitan pizza and under the expert guidance of our pizza chef, guests will learn how to prepare the dough starting from water and flour, to roll it out and finally seasoning it with the best traditional raw materials.
Once the ingredients will have been chosen, they will bake the pizza in a wood oven!
